As the Executive Director, Joel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of KVCOG operations and programs, including long range planning, policy and procedures, market strategies, knowledge of federal and state legislation, annual budget development, and personnel management. Joel is also oversees all aspects of Community Planning, including assisting with land use issues, comprehensive planning, ordinance writing, bicycle and pedestrian planning, and maintaining and utilizing the GIS system.
Maggie Camden– Membership & Financial Services Specialist
As the Membership & Financial Services Specialist, Maggie works on assisting our member municipalities with their needs, services and requests, and assists the Finance Director.
Jessica Cobb – Senior Planner
As the Senior Planner, Jessica works on Comprehensive Plan updates, drafting new ordinances and regulations, amending existing regulations, and many other planning tasks.
Jessie Cyr – Community and Economic Development Director
As the Community and Economic Development Director, Jessie assists our municipal members with finding potential funding, assistance with grant writing and advises on economic development strategies for individual towns and the region.
Olivia Kunesh – Environmental Coordinator
As the Environmental Coordinator, Olivia works on our environmental programs including the Solid Waste Program, Textile Recycling/Recovery, Composting, Joint Purchasing and the Household Hazardous Waste events.
Grainne Shaw – Community & Resiliency Planner
As the Community & Resiliency Planner, Grainne works with municipalities to explore new resources and solutions to help communities thrive.
Lorra-Lee Snyder – Finance Director
As the Finance Director, Lorra-Lee manages our financial and reporting needs. She is responsible for managing the audit, ensuring loan and grant compliance, small business outreach, and much more.
Melanie Weston – Community Planner
