Matthew Underwood – Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Matt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of KVCOG operations and programs, including long range planning, policy and procedures, market strategies, knowledge of federal and state legislation, annual budget development, and personnel management.
Joel Greenwood – Planning Director
As the Planning Director, Joel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Community Planning, including assisting with land use issues, comprehensive planning, ordinance writing, bicycle and pedestrian planning, and maintaining and utilizing the GIS system.
Jessica Cobb – Community Planner
As the Community/Land Use Planner, Jessica works on Comprehensive Plan updates, drafting new ordinances and regulations, amending existing regulations, and many other planning tasks.
Jessie Cyr – Community and Economic Development Specialist
As the Community and Economic Development Specialist, Jessie assists our municipal members with finding potential funding, assistance with grant writing and advises on economic development strategies for individual towns and the region.
Audrey Duchesne – Community Planner
As the Community Planner, Audrey works on Comprehensive Plan updates, drafting new ordinances and regulations, amending existing regulations, and many other planning tasks.

Brandy Sloan – Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Brandy manages and streamlines the daily office operations, is the lead on our revolving loan fund (RLF) portfolio, client relationships, membership dues, and Board of Directors Liaison. Brandy fields all calls/emails related to business financing, membership services and all other general questions.
Lorra-Lee Snyder – Financial Manager
As the Finance Manager, Lorra-Lee manages our financial and reporting needs. She is responsible for managing the audit, ensuring loan and grant compliance, small business outreach, and much more.
